The Hon Mun Marine Protected Area has a buoyed zone for guests in the water. Beyond the line is protected reef with boat traffic, so don’t swim out.

Life jackets and masks usually come with the tour; bring reef-friendly sunscreen, a sun shirt and sandals for the rocks. Drinks and beach gear are sold on the island.
Rules in the water
Swim in groups, never stand on or touch coral, don’t feed fish. When tired, float in your life jacket or swim to shore.
How to get there
Hon Mun snorkelling is usually part of a 3-island tour; private groups can hire a Nha Trang World canoe from VND 1,700,000 per boat. Message Nha Trang World to book.
